Since coming home to Atlanta, GA. I have perceived in the Spirit a building anxiety in the hearts and minds of our culture about finances, employment, and the diminishing financial portfolios of many hard working Americans. The first impressions I kept getting in my heart this last week was of the Scripture The Messiah spoke about in Luke chapter 12 and especially verse 29 saying,

“And do not seek what you shall eat, and what you shall drink, AND DO NOT KEEP WORRYING.” (NASB)

It is very interesting for us that the Greek word usage for “worrying” according to my Greek Linguistic Key Handbook can also be translated as “to be raised or suspended from the ground, to suspend in mid-air, or to worry.”

Wow, that explains for me that distant look in peoples eyes when you are talking to them or when you are in your vehicle at a traffic light and you glance over to look at the driver next to you and they seem to have that suspended, mid-air or far away look in their eyes! Why? Because their minds are caught up and suspended in the cares and worries of life and they are searching for answers to their problems and looking for ways to escape and forget about the circumstances they are currently hemmed in by!

The Spirit of God also spoke to me this morning two keys to keep us from not falling into this anxiety wave that is now upon our land.

1) You cannot run this race of faith, as is outlined in Hebrews 12, if your feet are not on the ground! Be on guard and diligently press in to enter the rest of faith and do not get suspended in the mental realm with the cares of this life! Stay in a attitude of worship and thanksgiving and continue to marinate and rest in His Presence…this is what the revival this last decade was all about and it was to prepare us for how to respond against what is now on the earth!

2) Be very alert and prayerful of where you are to sow your time and financial seeds. During the drought that came upon Israel according to the word of Elijah the prophet (isn’t also interesting that most of America is experiencing right now the worst drought in over 100 years), that the widow was encouraged to sow what little she had into a true prophetic ministry and not the religious system found in Jerusalem. The result was not just that she prospered greatly (I Kings 17:16) and later had her son was raised back from the dead…but it also was the supply depot for Elijah to be taken care of until the word of the Lord had run it’s full course in the earth (the extended drought and famine)! Her last meal given to Elijah was the key to also facilitate that prophetic ministry for the upcoming prophetic showdown with the false prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel and the destruction of jezebel’s empire within the nation of Israel! Glory to God! What a powerful harvest from a small sacrificial offering!

Therefore, to be blessed in this hour we must only support with our time, resources, and financial offerings churches and ministries that are prophetic, moving outside and challenging the old wineskin system. These churches and ministries can be identified by a) Having intense and passionate worship towards the Master and running with the themes of intimacy, sanctification, and Song of Solomon bridal attitudes. b) The leadership is broken/humble and allows the prophetic winds to move unrestricted. Spontaneous worship and soaking in the river of His presence is encouraged. c) That fellowship or ministry is rising up to support and stand with the Jewish people and the nation of Israel during her crucible of testing right now. d) A strong work ethic is encouraged to get out of the pews and keep winning the lost and making disciples. e) A move away from just being a “teaching based” church or ministry… to now being a “Father based” ministry of raising up sons and daughters in the faith that truly builds life long relationships. (Individualism of the Western culture in the Body is becoming extinct and is recognized as the cornerstone of the Babylonian system that jezebel and false prophecy thrives in!)

It is imperative in this hour that we dear friends support these type of churches and ministries and begin to pull the financial plug on ministries that we have been supporting that are not yielding to these fresh winds of the Spirit that are now on the earth (this is the only way that some dear leaders in the Body will start getting on their faces and repenting and changing is when the offerings start drying up)! The blessings and prosperity we all desire are found in sacrificially supporting the churches and ministries that jezebel is ferociously trying to kill, and limit in this exciting prophetic hour! Though the above five categories are just a brief summary and much more could be added, it is the Geiger counter I will now use for sowing! I just love to give and bless others but now He has given me some simple categories to share with you of where His good soil is in this hour!!! We need to not get scared and suspended in worry and anxiety about money and material things in this hour like the world, but now is the time to be open and look for God to send you a prophet or prophetess to feed and take care of!

Remember that jezebel did not kill the priests of Israel (those leading worship in the Temple)…she only wanted to kill the true prophets of Israel!
