EARLY MORNING MANNA

Shalom Friends and Fellow Warriors,

We just yesterday arrived back from the 14 day Operation in Israel and after driving over 2300 kilometers on the rental van throughout this tiny country, I believe we can give you a good assessment of what is happening there on the ground. I also had a chance last night to review the video footage of this operation and again it put within me the same warning I have been hearing over and over the last 36 months…it is 911 in the Spirit realm and those who have ears to hear need to hear and wake up about the need to really heed this warning word from our Messiah to the church in Philadelphia,

“Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell upon the earth.” (Rev. 3:10 NASB)

It may have been just the me, but I noticed on this counter-terror operation an increased nervousness and deeping shadow of death upon many people we intermingled with throughout this land. The unsaved people groups, so different from each other, but living side by side so close here in this land all exhibited this same nervousness. This Early Morning Overview will help shed prophetic insight to a very serious sinkhole that is opening up in the Promised Land.

A) The Israeli Arabs- A wonderful and hospitable group in Israel that is often overlooked and thrown into the same groupings as the Palestinian Muslims. We encountered hospitality and friendship with many who are not just believers but also Muslims. They for the most part abhor what Hamas and Hizbollah is doing and are very open to the gospel message. The ones we met with know that the war with Iran/Syria is just on pause and about to start up again and they know things will be more difficult for them in the days ahead when that trigger is sudden released. In this group, we must not forget the Druse and Bedouin who have certain villages that are very loyal to Israel and provide much needed Intel info for the IDF counter-terrorism units. We also experienced first hand the love and passion for Jesus among the Israeli Arab believers and they are doing a excellent work in winning unsaved Muslims!

B) The Russian Immigrants- A very large community within Israel that has brought the best and the worst into Israel the last two decades. The best in being many are believers or have become believers in Israel and the largest congregations in Israel are from this group. Many are very highly educated and yet still have great difficulty finding jobs in this land. The worst in being the introduction of a very strong Russian Mafia into Israel society that has brought in much narcotics, prostitution, and organized crime. This has been very grieving to see unfold the last 15 years and many Russian immigrant parents we have met are very worried about the future for their children in the days to come. (We could also add the immigrant community of those from Ethiopia…but I cannot comment on this community because I have no connections there.)

C) The Religious Community- A very observant community in Israel that is most moral and family orientated non-Messianic group in Israel. They are the ones who are on the front lines of developing settlements in the environs of Judea and Samaria and other past Biblical sites in Israel. They are the ones who have resisted the most the upcoming gay pride march in Jerusalem set for Nov. 2006. They are the ones who still feel the pain of the fiasco in Gaza last summer and would easily breakaway and form their own government if the current leadership of Ehud Olmert want to give away more “Land for Peace” in the days ahead. There is the building tension of civil unrest with the religious community vs. the secular in Israel, yet when Dalit and I visited the very religious community of Beni Brak in Tel Aviv we could feel the anointing of a future revival building here. I really believe God is going to raise up a strong believing remnant here and use their radical religious zeal for the gospel (i.e. Sauls becoming Pauls)! Keep believing with us!!!

D) The Israeli Secular Community- A very large and searching group in Israel that hates the religious lifestyle and is currently possessed with materialism, sex, hedonism, debauchery, and experimentation into Eastern religions of all kinds. This community is starting to break open with a much more openness to the gospel message but still much more work needs to be done. We know many people within this grouping, yet on this operation I see a much more nervousness and fear about the future than before. To give a illustrated example of this, we have a friend who is a professing Israeli atheist who served an elite paratrooper unit. He is from a Kibbutz in the Negev and is “to the tee” the best example of this groups upbeat adventurous mind set. Yet, last week he was literally begging me to help him get out of Israel and find a job in the States for him because of the things he knows is coming upon this land (i.e Iran, Hizbollah, Hamas, etc…)! It was a real eye opener to Dalit and I of the hour we are facing in this land and it’s people we love so dearly.

This current trend in Israel of these unsaved people groups making the “Holy Land” into a land of compounded sin and unbelief like we have never seen before in our generation has birthed a plethora of problems. In Biblical history we see this precedent repeated over and over…when Israel went whoring after idolatry…then God would allow her enemies to gain an advantage. This cycle of events has now repeated itself before our very eyes and a building anxiety and nervousness is manifesting in the Land. And this is the sign to us of what will soon also hit our nations and communities in the days ahead! The Test of Perseverance during the Mystery of Lawlessness that God is releasing upon the whole inhabited world is marching into a whole new level!!!

We have had many request the last four months to sound the shofar against the Sodomite gay pride March coming to Jerusalem and thank God it was delayed last August. But this time being in the land, I began to hear in the Spirit that something different concerning this march. Let me unfold this for you’all this morning.

1) Like you, I detest and want to vomit thinking of the potential display of sodomy and perversion that will be publicly exhibited in Jerusalem in Nov.
2) The leaders and people in Tel Aviv would welcome such an event and the revenue it would bring to their city. But why are these sodomites targeting Jerusalem so dogmatically to feature and showcase their “movement”? Even knowing the wrath the will receive from the religious community still has not deterred them. Is this their crowning moment to “sanctify” their movement to the world’s religious bodies?
3) Will God allow this to happen in His “Holy City”?
4) We all know that Jerusalem is considered a holy city to the world’s three largest monotheistic religions of Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. But is the current city of Jerusalem really a “Holy City” before God? (read Hebrews 12:18-24)
5) If this sodomite march does take place in two weeks (no matter how many people are praying and lobbying against it)…what is the Macro Trend of the Bible really trying to signal to for us?

Let me highlight some texts to help you understand that we are in a cycle of judgment in Israel and our culture of the Judea/Christian nations of the West.

1) God calls the leaders of Jerusalem during the terrorism that was threatening the city in Isaiah’s time…”the Rulers of Sodom and you people of Gomorrah” (Isaiah 1:10 NASB).

2) Isaiah continues this theme of judgment in chapter 3 stating that Jerusalem has stumbled because they have rejected and rebelled against “His glorious presence”! The NASB renders this text as “His eyes of His glory” and the JPS renders this as “His majestic glance”! (Wow, this is heavy!)

3) Therefore, since Jerusalem has “displayed their sin as Sodom and does not even conceal it” they have brought evil upon themselves (Isaiah 3:8-12)!

4) Yet, what has really brought this open sodomy in Jerusalem is the charge that those who led them were allowing the children to oppress them and the women to rule over them (Isaiah 3:12-26)! It is the trend in our society of the men letting the children run the homes and women lead where they should be leading spiritually that has brought in this effeminate false prophetic spirit!!! (This is a very deep subject if you will read these texts and see the Macro Trend that is happening)! The only way to reverse this trend is found in the spirit of burning and spirit of judgment in Isaiah 4!!!!!!

5) In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus laments and prophesies not a blessing on the city of Jerusalem, but a curse of desolation until He returns (Matt. 23:32-39). The greatest sign of spiritual desolation in the Scriptures this side of the burning sulfur of hell is the burnt sulfur deposits of Sodom and Gomorrah!

6) And in Revelation 11:8, the Apostle John who is caught up before the throne of God sees Jerusalem as “the great city which is called spiritually Sodom and Egypt, where our Lord was crucified!”

7) When it comes to this level of gross sodomy being displayed it is a result of a spiritual impartation that God gave them over to as is listed in Romans 1.

Jude lists this sin of Sodomy as the sign of the greatest rebellion against the fear of God and is the way of God separating out those who have secretly crept in among us unnoticed (Jude 1:3-8).

Now let us sum up these texts with some proper hermeneutical Macro overview of the Scriptures….

1) The current Jerusalem is “Holy” only to the world and it’s religious system.
2) It is called several times as the city of Sodom and it’s people who rule it as the people of Gomorrah. Thus if the sodomites want a world march next month to show off the pride of their lifestyle…what better place than the current city of Jerusalem that killed the Messiah.
3) This sodomite march in Jerusalem (if not Divinely stopped) will be the sign to us that a great persecution will break out on the earth against the true prophetic movement from the beast of the abyss that will culminate in the last days of the brutal murder of the two witness on the streets of Jerusalem (Rev. 11:7-8)!

This is why we must pray for the Peace of Jerusalem in the right context of Jesus being in the center of our prayers!
This is why you see many in the current “Bless Jerusalem Peace-nik” crowd not boldly mentioning Jesus in this unity trend with unsaved Jewish leaders!
This is why you see many ministries will “bless” Israel but yet not attempt to evangelize them!
This is why you see some of these male leaders of this Bless Jerusalem Movement are very effeminate spiritually!
This is why you see some of these female leaders of this Bless Jerusalem Movement are very controlling spiritually! (Go back and read Isaiah 3 and 4)!

Now you know why we are sounding the trumpet of warning so emphatically the last few years dear fellow warriors!!!!

I will let these early morning manna Scripture texts speak for themselves and help unveil to you these very deep and controversial topics!

Now you can also see why the people of this Land are getting nervous and antsy…they can sense an impending judgment coming and do not know how to stop it!!! That is why we must help them and lead them to the light of Jesus!!! He is the only way!!!
