EARLY MORNING MANNA

It is the hour for the men and women of God to arise and bring confusion to the camps of the enemy. May this EMM be a catalyst for this to take place in your life! I have been studying the tactical warfare aspects of dreams and visions God uses to paralyze the will of the enemy to fight, and thus rout his forces in strategic battlefield encounters. It is something that we must be aware of when we obey God to go into battle. He is the ruler of Heaven and Earth and has used dreams and visions in the night to do psychological warfare inside the minds of His enemies before His ground forces (i.e. you and I) arrive on the scene to take the spoils!

I encourage you this morning to study the accounts of two champions (i.e. Deborah and Gideon) found in the 4th thru 7th chapters of the book of Judges. And then see that this pattern is also what we need to robustly emulate in this hour. It is time to ramp up!!!

By now you may be asking yourself, “Scott, why do you always bring us (i.e. your readership) back to the foundational principle of the Judges?”

This is why dear ones….

1. The only leadership God approved to shepherd His people once they entered the Land of Promise was the Judges pattern (see I Chron. 17:3-6).
2. All other kingship/monarchy leadership patterns were out rightly rejected by Him (see I Sam. 8). Because Judges (i.e. Champions) are not from a family dynastic line of human selection, but are chosen and anointed only by God’s mysterious selection to follow in the footsteps of Joshua and Yeshua in conquest. They are the true Desert Shepherd Warrior’s in every since of the word! Not sent by the agency of man (Gal. 1) but by God Himself to deliver His people and bring them rest from terrorism (see Judges 3 synced with Hebrews 4).
3. The kingship/monarchy was considered by God the seed of all subsequent spiritual harlotry that captivated His people against Him (see Hosea 9:15). With the Gilgal being the place they rebelliously anointed Saul to be their king…in place of the Lord Himself being their military leader which was already vowed to at the same spot of Gilgal with Joshua years earlier (see Joshua 4:19-24).
4. There is no mention of any kings in the Hebrews 11 account of the hall of fame of the faith Champions. Only Judges, Prophets, and common people used in very uncommon ways. The only reference here to David has to do with his exploits of faith before his ascension to Jerusalem to follow in the footsteps of the serial killer Saul. Once David became king (I Sam. 11) that is when he quit going to war (first sign of leaving your first love), lusted, controlled, defiled, and lied about Bathsheba…then murdered her husband who was one of David’s mighty men and bondservant’s named Uriah which means in Hebrew the light or glory of the Lord! David never recovered after this and no other king after Him truly was a faith champion because this is when David’s Tabernacle fell! The time has come for David’s Tabernacle to be rebuilt on its original Judges pattern of war and not the same carnally motivated pattern of the people wanting another anointed king figure to lead (see Amos 9:11 and Acts 15)!When are we going to shake ourselves, wake up, and stop supporting this old wineskin pattern that we see dominating most Shabbat/Sunday morning services throughout this planet? The popular contemporary praise/ worship/intercession model is not the complete pattern of rebuilding David’s Tabernacle! The missing ingredient needs to be the radical abhorrence of the kingship harlotry pattern and thus returning to the victorious lifestyle of being Desert Shepherd Warriors (i.e. pre-king David) who are windward special ops units to take on terrorism! When was the last time you heard of teachings on counter-terrorism in a Shabbat/Sunday service or on the religious cable channels? Almost nil..right! Why? Because Sauls and those mighty warriors, who due to peer pressure, join this whoredom model are unable to take on the blaspheming Goliath’s of our day! It is only the Desert Shepherd Warrior David’s who are outside the camp and being reproached (Hebrews 13:12-14) who actually have the mysterious weapon and tactics to decapitate the enemy! Really, the only warfare usually going on robustly in those kingship/monarchy systems is the Saul’s behind the scenes searching out for how to kill the David’s in their midst, and also getting the praise and worship services bigger and better not to just attract more people, but help that “Saul figure” have relief from the demons sent by God to terrorize him! (See this psychological ops of God in I Sam. 18:10)! There is more time, energy, gossip, criticism, anger, money, and self-accolades being put towards destroying the local anointed “competition” (i.e. other ministries) in a metro area of these despot systems, than is being implemented to take on the real enemy of islamic terrorism and the religious system in their quest to slowly destroy Israel and the true remnant of believers! All NT apostolic and prophetic leadership today is to be in the pattern of the Judges and not the kingship/monarchy system per the direct references of Paul in Eph. 4:8-11 to Ps. 68:18…which is the premier warfare Psalm with direct links to Deborah’s Psalm in Judges 5. If not, then the prophets are raised up like Elijah/Elisha and all the other following 8th and 7th century prophets to take on the kings and expose their systems and call the people to repent and return back to God! Repentance without the follow thru of the prophet’s words to destroying the king/monarchy system you are coming out of is the same as a dog after it has vomited…to return back to it’s own vomit (2 Peter 2:18-22)!
5. The type of Judges shepherding pattern we are to emulate is that of champions of war who do exploits to deliver God’s people from their enemies who want to drive us out of our Land of Israel (i.e. islamic and UN terrorism). With the current enemy that is now, not outside but inside the house of God, that we need to combat in this hour per the instructions of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 4:14, is the cunning, lying, treacherous trickery of men who disguise themselves as servants of God. They use winds of doctrine to sweep away immature and naive believers. It is our job to feed and rescue the Lord’s sheep…thus the reason for this digital communiqué’s to you of Rivers in the Desert! Wake up and don’t drink the kool-aid they are serving out there!!!
6. There is no mention in all of the Scriptures of you and I reigning as kings in this life. The heavily used reference of Rev.1:6 is a mistranslation in the King James Version. We are not called to be kings but rather a kingdom of Priests…. There is only one King and His Name is to be exalted and only reverenced!

Now once you study and get into your spirit that the Champion (i.e. Judges) pattern of leadership is God’s only approved way to do P.O.W rescues operation for the lost or scattered sheep, then we can expect God to do some real new and interesting exploits in your sector of battle. There is a mechanism or cycle nature of faith in that when you step out to ruthlessly obey His directives for war…He will go before you and do psychological special ops to melt the will of our enemies to fight. Again I encourage you this morning to study the account of Gideon and then expect God to do the same for you in this hour!

Here we go…it is time for God to rout your enemies!!!
