We are experiencing a new level of Early Morning prayer and intimacy with Abba here in Israel.  Thus, the multiple emails to you’all this week is the result of this new fountain breaking out!  Are you ready for more?  OK, here we go!!!

We have been studying this week on the famous statement of the Messiah Yeshua about being wise as serpents (Matthew 10:16).  In this study we have examined the context of why Yeshua said this imperative command to his new disciples and we have also studied why we need to be on war footing to not be ensnared in the hidden traps of the enemy in this late hour.  I now want to give you a Scriptural key on how you can enter into the supernatural wisdom of God and always be ready for any ambushments the enemy may have planned for you .

In Proverbs chapter 1, we see that Solomon lists that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.  This reverential fear is the foundation for all intimacy with Abba and is a very healthy check and balance to keep us on the path of His choosing.  However, the fear of the Lord has a dynamic that is not popular in today’s contemporary Christian culture.  And to activate this dynamic it requires a zealous choice in your emotions that will upset the politically correct crowd!  We see in Proverbs 8:13, that actually the fear of the Lord is not just reverential respect of our Creator but also an emotional discharge of hate we must decide to walk in.  The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, pride, arrogance, and the perverted mouth!  I really think this is fascinating because the more we become like the scum of the earth and the dregs of all things (I Cor. 4:13), we actually allow ourselves to be flooded with His wisdom and shrewdness as we passionately hate evil!

Just as we are to love Him passionately with our whole meod (muchness), we are likewise commanded to passionately hate evil with our whole meod (muchness).  I believe this is the reason we have so many in the charismatic circles today that want to passionate love and serve Abba…yet can be so gullible and blinded!  If we do not have this same emotional passion directed towards evil, pride, and loose lips then we will still remain babes and never grow in the wisdom of God!

So the next time you release your emotions in a worship service because you just want to love Him so much…why not in the same manner release your emotions of hatred against evil, arrogance, and having a perverted mouth (see above photo of a spontaneous crushing of evil entertainments in a worship service in Europe)!  We have been taught to raise our hands and express jubilant dancing to glorify Him…so let us use this same passion to hate evil and have visible demonstrations of it!  (When was the last time you had an adult class on passionate hatred of evil?  Then think about starting one in your sector of responsibility and your only textbook is the Scriptures!)

I encourage you to look up this theme of radical actions of hatred towards evil in the Scriptures in your next quiet time and see what powerful miracles take place when believers do prophetic acts of justice out of their passionate hatred of evil!  (Hint- look up Rev. 2:26-29).

Enjoy this new key to having His wisdom imparted to us so we can be wiser than the serpent himself!

Mega shalom to those of you who are drafting with us as we all pursue His new windward ways in this exciting hour.  As I have been getting up early in the shahar blackness of the pre-dawn, Abba has been downloading more fresh manna for the race of faith you are experiencing in your sector of responsibility.  Let this short exhortation flash you with more of His pure Scriptural truth in this hour to do evasive maneuvers from the energy of delusion that has come on planet earth.

In being wise or may we conclude “wiser” than serpents, there is a base that must be built before we endeavor to run the greater race.  The base that must be built out is a powerful grasp of the Scriptures of the OT and the context of how it interfaces perfectly with the NT.  The Apostle Paul in his 2nd letter to Timothy outlines how to receive wisdom to escape deception in the last days.  Let us examine how to be a lover of the Truth and not a lover of “signs and wonders”. (Some of the linguistic highlights below are from the Linguistic Key to the Greek NT, Rienecker, Zondervan).

1. Timothy is commanded to find faithful men that were trustworthy for the deposit of NT revelation (2 Tim. 2:2).
   
2. Next was the exhortation to suffer hardship as a good soldier; farmer; or Olympic runner (2 Tim. 2:3-6).
   
3. Stay away from the war of words, debates, and empty chatter
   (2 Tim. 2:14-18).
   
4. The true worker is one who knows how to handle the Scriptural truths (2 Tim. 2:15).
   
5. Purity in thought and deed is the prerequisite to be the Lord’s bondservant
   (2 Tim. 2:19-22).

According to these verses the prerequisite for being a accurate and faithful carrier of the Scriptural truth is to be absolute in two areas.  First, you must be free from the war of words, strife, and the stimulus to debate and always run your mouth off.  Second, you must cleanse yourself and be pure in thought and deed.  Youthful lusts and dishonourable things in your lifestyle is a cause for disqualification to teach others.  This is why we have spent so much time “coaching” believers to build the proper base of spiritual fitness before they can run the next level of race in the flow of the NT warrior judges!  I have seen it over and over…well meaning ministers who have an anointing to preach and move in the gifts of the Spirit that do not live right and thus watch inordinate amounts of TV, movies, and hang out in questionable places, no longer have the spiritual stamina to carry the truth, wage effective warfare assault in demonized places, and always come up with weird new teachings and strange intercessory mystical phenomena. 

Now look at the word usage by the Apostle Paul on how believers are lulled into a sensual state of deception away from the truth in the last part of  
2 Timothy 2:26.  “And they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil having been held captive by him to do his will.”

1. The context shows us that by running your mouth all the time and living a impure lifestyle you actually play into the devils snare and delude your own senses.
   
2. The metaphor used here is one of  “sobering” up and returning to repentance and waking up your senses.
   
3. The serpent uses evil influences to numb the conscience, confuse the senses, and then paralyze the will!

Wow, this is very, very powerful!  Let us again look at this process so we can take evasive maneuvers and be wiser than the snares of the enemy.  There is a powerful duping or intoxication one can experience in the stimulus of talking and debating too much.  And then when you mix it with living in a questionable lifestyle of compromise and sin…you actually begin to digress into a place of numbness in your conscience (lines become blurred what is right and wrong).  Then your very own senses and intuition becomes skewed and now you are doing the devil’s will!

Do you know how many Bible believing, anointed, gifted, revival loving ministers I know who are living a loose lifestyle of their lips and character.  And that I would have to now conclude by these Scriptural texts above, that they are actually doing the devil’s will!  I know it is tragic, but the reason some cannot wake up out of the stupor and paralysis of a numbed conscience is because they refuse to turn off the Cable/Satellite TV.  They are addicted to the internet and have become more stimulated with entertainments of this age than you could imagine!  That is why we are seeing some of the most strangest winds of doctrine now coming out of the new trend of Apostolic/Prophetic ministries today!  They think that they are actually doing God’s will when in fact they are doing the will of Satan himself!

I have a friend who works for one of the most popular “prophetic” ministers of our generation and he told me that this individual when he is not doing revival meetings and conferences loves to have his bodyguard or staff intercessor go to the local video store and rent out dozens of horror movies.  I’m talking about the most demonized savage flicks ever made…and when he is not doing that, then he is glued to watching WWF demonized championship wrestling!(Is this bizarre or what?!) Then he goes out on the stage at night has “revival meetings”….  And my friends still have stayed working for this ministry because they are amazed by the signs and wonders that happen.  I told those who know about this that just watch what the next season of fruit is going to be on this individual’s tree…it will be strange teachings and frequent mystical visitations from angels.   And also in this mix of “sensory’ excitement will come adultery, fornication, pornography, divorce…and then pathological hype and lying to keep the crowds growing!

Well tragically this has happened and the people I know associated with this ministry are confused and crying out for help.  This is the purpose of this email today is to get you recalibrated to purity and recover yourself form the snare of the devil!  And in this process let Abba put a bridle on your lips so you can shut down the rudder of self from shipwrecking again into the costal rocks along the way!  The strong winds of the doctrines of men are blowing…BEWARE!

As you continue to read into chapter 3 of 2 Timothy, you will again notice the wonderful exhortation by the Apostle Paul to receive wisdom from the God-breathed OT Scriptures (NT was not written yet), so you may be fully equipped for search and rescue.  The Greek word used here by Paul was used of completely outfitted rescue boats to recover sailors whose galley had sunk in war!

There is something very special about the smell of holy fire in the morning when you have been in a victorious cleansing fire-fight with the enemy throughout the night!  I’m learning so much about effective tactical warfare thru the interfacing we are doing with the natural army here on the ground.  Let me continue to share these nuggets of spiritual protein to build your faith muscles in this exciting hour.

When special units are sent to hunt down demonized serial killers (i.e. terrorists) they have to be very shrewd and alert to the cunning maneuvers in urban warfare environment of where these terror cells hide.  In the same way we have to be very well trained to know what to be on the lookout for when we are  in operations for hostage rescue (i.e. street witnessing).  Yesterday we shared the famous text of the Messiah Yeshua from Matthew 10:16, “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”  However, the context of this famous text is in the commissioning of the early disciples to do street witnessing and home visitation!  What we need to be aware of in this late hour of rampant deception and the running packs of religious wolves is that the imperative command of the Messiah Yeshua for us to be innocent and wise is in the context of mobile and offensive ministry operations!  Just as there is in these last days wolves in sheep’s clothing so too we have been sent out by the Commander and Chief as warrior judges camouflaged in the meek and defenseless look of sheepskins!  Look at the wisdom of this precedent…when we are sent out to proclaim the Kingdom of God and heal the sick, raise the dead, freely give, etc… we do so in the camouflage of being like dumb, naive sheep who show no ability to defend for themselves.  Read Matthew 10 this morning and see this wisdom we are to use in the context of street witnessing and taking the fight right into the dens of iniquity.

Now let us read the parallel account of these operations in Luke 10.  I want you to key in on a very exciting tactical warfare principle that Yeshua brings out in verses 17 – 24.  As the disciples came back from hostage rescue from within enemy territory and were excited about the demons being subjected to them, He does not direct their attention to the famous epic event of the rebellion and fall of Satan in heaven as many teach.

The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” And He said to them, “I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning.” Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.” Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.” At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight.

Now we have missed something here in many of our English translations of the original Greek phrase used here by the Messiah Yeshua.  He did not say I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven (a past tense event eons ago), but rather I was watching!  The imperfect tense here points to what was constantly repeated here…EVERY EXPULSION OF DEMONS MEANS A FALL OF SATAN!  Are you catching this dear friends?  When the disciples were sent out on special ops in street witnessing/hostage rescue operations, each time they healed the sick; raised the dead; drove out demons; and proclaimed the good news…Satan and his network was falling like lighting!  What an incredible tactic of warfare!  We are sent out like harmless doves but also secretly filled with wisdom and shrewdness (i.e. like a snake) knowing that though we look look like defenseless and stupid sheep, we are actually camouflaged warrior judges inserted to wreck havoc in the kingdom of Satan.  And when we begin to heal the sick, etc, with His authority and strength, at the same time the Messiah Yeshua is watching in present tense the lighting like implosions of the enemy!

Now the text of Revelation 12:7-14 makes so much more sense.

And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation, and the power,
and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.  “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony,
and they did not love their life even when faced with death. “For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.” And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. But the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly into the wilderness to her place, where she was nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

So each time demons are cast out, or the sick are being healed there is a command structure decay in the enemy’s heavenly configuration and one day soon he and his whole unit will come crashing down to the earth knowing that their time is short!  This is why the enemy hates and does his utmost to derail people who are wanting to be ambitious in street witnessing and offensive hostage rescue missions!  So get off the couch and turn off the TV set or computer monitor for inordinate amounts of time wasting entertainments of demons you are watching and get out there in tactical warfare mode!  Quit being outsmarted by the devil!  Turn the table on him!!!

It is in this place that you will experience the greatest joy of Abba and His Son Yeshua rejoicing in their plan of being more wiser than their enemies.  They have predestined us to be camouflaged in a sheep-like-weakness and yet in this commissioning of us going out to the wolves we are actually moving in the greatest battle configuration task force that all the military might of the nations combined cannot equal!  Glory to God!!!  This lifestyle of dedicating your life for hostage rescue is only revealed to the babes and not the “intelligent” or those who think they are wise!  This gives Him great pleasure!!!  So it is time to follow His imperative commands and to wise up like serpents!

It is a beautiful morning here in the Promised Land and I have some fresh manna from Abba to nourish your faith!  These gleanings from the field are some of the things we have been learning from the counter-terrorism operations we have been conducting here this Summer.  It has been a very successful last two months of exciting stealth ops that have interfaced beautifully with the natural army here on the ground.  Most of what we are doing has been under a veil of a radio blackout due to security concerns with those we are working with.  Hopefully in due season we will be able to share some of these testimonies with you in future emails.  But until then, the only way our friends and partners will be able to witness what is going on is to catch a flight and come and see it firsthand here in the Promised Land!

I know that this time of August is very busy for many with their children heading off to college or the little ones getting ready for school.  So please do make the time to take to heart today’s short email teaching in the spirit of a loving shepherd looking out for the sheep.  Are you ready?  OK, here we go….  It has now been 7 years since we have been proclaiming the Mystery of Lawlessness message to the believers in the Western Industrialized nations.  The straightforwardness of this uncompromising Biblical message was for many in these “revival” or “apostolic/prophetic” camps too strong and therefore unwelcomed as it did not fit into their imaginations of what they think God’s character really is.  The key in understanding this mystery of lawlessness, that it is now deluging all sectors of Christianity, is to quit doing hermeneutical gymnastics by twisting the text out of its original context and simply receive the Scriptures at face value.  This unusual outpouring is a sovereign act of God and is not a work of the devil.  According to II Thess. 2, this outpouring is a synergistic move from God to work separately (but still in sync) with the false prophetic and antichrist spirit in these last days to give people over to a strong delusion.  (For information on this please see THE MYSTERY OF LAWLESSNESS).  This spirit of error is sent by God and not the devil and therefore the only way to take evasive action to not be overtaken in this late hour is to be a lover of truth!  The controversy with many of the believers who heard this message was that God is good and therefore would never do anything like this!.  However, we had to go to extended lengths in this book to prove Scripturally that there is a precedent throughout history of God sending blindness, delusion, dullness, and error to those who do not radically obey Him!  This is an immediate and unprecedented danger sent by the Creator Himself and it is still not finished!  Reader Beware!

So now after 7 years we are currently witnessing the most unprecedented moral decay of charismatic and prophetic type ministries that has ever been seen!  With this moral decay has also been the introduction of false teachings, that although were questioned by many Bible believers yet were not categorically thrown out due to the apparent “signs and wonders”  and inspiring intensity of the musical worship taking place in these large gatherings (i.e. Lakeland).  Thus, God has allowed things to now come to a head and many this month are finally starting to wake up and realize that something is radically wrong in the discernment level of many who lead the current apostolic/prophetic movement!  Yes, it is our duty as believers to restore those who have fallen into error (i.e. Todd Bentley) and grace them with the same forgiveness we all have received thru the Cross.  However, we are also called to unrelentingly warn and do our utmost to rescue the naive from the winds of doctrine that are increasing in hurricane velocity in these last days.  It is in this robust activity of search/rescue that many will need to recalibrate themselves out of a soft nursing based compassion message to now a radical and invasive surgeon scalpel mindset.  For too long many have opted for the easy and comfortable level of managing “peace” instead of truly rocking the boat and doing righteous policing and Scriptural enforcement.  God is not putting up with sin in His house any longer….

Let me offer this encouragement to those who feel like they have egg on their faces and are eating crow right now over the support you gave for the past Lakeland meetings now that you are finding out the tragic news of the hidden adultery and theological problems of its leader Todd Bentley.  It is wisdom right now to humble yourself and let true Godly sorrow fill your heart and soul.  You must learn from this huge error of naivety and recalibrate your discernment radar.  This is not just a young evangelist out of Canada acting in immaturity, but rather the majority of the current apostolic/prophetic leadership of the Western church is now in question for their actions and association with Todd Bentley.  One thing I have been learning in working with the special forces here in Israel is the training we are receiving is reinforcing us over and over not to be gullible and naïve when dealing with the terror tactics of those who want Jihad..  And therein lies our main Achilles heel with us Western believers, we are just too gullible, nice, gracious, and soft.  We like to accept things without testing it first. We are harmless like doves but not wise like serpents!

I suggest you take some time and search your heart and ask Abba to recalibrate your discernment level and infuse you with courage to rise up and not get a snow job again..  What I have witnessed here in Israel the past four months after a bombardment of emails and phone calls I received around the world about the Lakeland meetings being kosher or not…is very simple…very few people (including leaders) have the courage to speak out against unbiblical things going on when there is large numbers of people, global satellite coverage, and huge offerings of money involved.  It is like a fear of man has taken such root that very few can rise up and overcome the possible phobia of rejection or being labeled “religious” or critical when they question the strange experiences and teachings that came out of the lifestyle of Todd Bentley!  Even more bizarre is how many leaders did not speak out, but just sat back and quietly endorsed these meetings as being the greatest move since the Days of Azusa street!  It will be interesting to see what apologies and repentance comes out from these ministries who endorsed these hyped up meetings and unsubstantiated healing miracles, while the whole time Todd Bentley was living in a unhealthy emotional relationship with another woman?  Excuse me it is not a “emotional” relationship…it is called sin and adultery!  Why are so many believers afraid to call sin…sin?

This is why I encourage you’all to pray for boldness and let Abba infuse you with a fresh realization of His love per I John 4:18.  It is His perfect love that drives out all fear…yet, with so much teachings on the grace and love of Abba going on the last few decades, where is the radical boldness and courage to rise up no matter what the cost?  Part of the root of this problem is that the love of self is the basis for most Spiritual experiences people are wanting to experience today and, second, it is the lack of true undiluted Spirit-filled baptisms of power that are propelling believers to want martyrdom (see Acts 1:8).  When this truth about robust discipleship is acted upon then one needs to learn how to live in the mystery of stealth.  I say this because the warnings of the Messiah Jesus and the Apostles throughout the NT point to a day of detachment and independence from the current “religious” system.  I do not have the time in this email to give you the multiple Scriptural sources, but a robust reading of what one is to do in the last days is quite eye opening on how one is to preserve himself or herself through courageous acts of separation and thus be able to endure to the end.  To separate, live, and thrive outside of the norm of what the masses of professing believers are used to, then you are going to have to learn how to spend time alone with Abba and be courageous not to jump on the contemporary bandwagon of what others are flocking towards.  You are going to have to learn the Scriptures anew at His feet like never before….  You need times of secret solitude so He can mysteriously interface with you thru only the Scriptures and not your iPod packed full of the latest contemporary worship music!  It is the Word of the Lord we are to live by and not melodies and lyrics set to well mixed recordings!

Dear ones, find that secret stealth place with Him in this late hour and ask Him to help you recalibrate your discernment to know what is the truth and what is error.  I pray that we can be one of those humble water channels to stream to you His pure truth and keep you strong in your faith to please Abba.  We are here for you and feel free to contact us if you need something.  I think most of us know how to walk in love and be gentle like a dove.  However, it is the wise maneuvers and stealth like quickness of the serpent we need to learn from in this hour! Read again what the Messiah Jesus says in Matthew 10:16 about how to take wise and evasive action like a serpent.  Why?  Because the context is about the wolves in sheep’s clothing!  It is time to repent and wise up in this late hour!  Don’t let a spiritual dullness and laziness fill your body cavity!  It is time to Arise and Shine in the midst of this deep darkness now on planet earth!

Mega showers of blessings to you from Israel!  The Summer 2008 Special Ops are still ongoing here and the gleanings I have been receiving from the courageous Israeli’s I have been working with is being directed in this Summer series of messages for your spiritual nourishment.  Because I’m under a blackout situation about what we are doing due to security concerns, I will not be able to give you specifics of what is happening here on the leading front against terrorism and global jihad.  However, let me do share with you what I experienced today here in Israel that will undoubtedly help you find that secret place of the “Meod”!

Today in Israel is Friday which is the day to get your food shopping done before the stores close early for the Shabbat.  I have this little place we love to shop at since they have the best and most exotic fruit/ produce of the Promised Land!  It is just a feast for your eyes when you enter this small store and get to sample the best tasting fruit and veggies anywhere in the world.  As I was getting out of the car to enter this place…suddenly out of heaven I was hit and deluged with a visitation of the highest order!  It was “inside outside” and lasted for about 3-4 minutes.  I have tried to explain to a couple of believers what really happened to me but my English vocabulary is useless.  It is something that in the 20+ years of ministry I have never experienced in Him!

So what happened and how can I help open the door for you to experience and know a similar deluge from Him?  The best place to start is not in initiating an all night prayer meeting, or 40 day fast, or buying the latest electronic mixed worship CD!  It is simply in digging into the first Commandment of the ancient Hebrew Scriptures and parking there for as long as is needed…  Look at this text with me and do not mental ascent it from rote memory but look at it as though it is the first time you have
read it!

“Hear, O Israel.  The Lord our God is one Lord.  And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.”  
(Deut. 6:4-5)

In this visitation I instantly began to be aware of myself melting into a new “realm” that I have never been privy to experience.  It seemed to be the summation of all three aspects of my being (Spirit, Soul, and Body), and was a door of the alabaster box breaking that we must initiate and allow for Him to invade.  I’m not talking about just probing this realm because you “need” something from Abba!  Let us just be honest about this elementary stage of discipleship that many of us have never graduated out of.  And that is seeking God and strongly searching for Him because you need a miracle of some sorts.  God will use these circumstances to hedge you into the dry riverbed of His choosing to dismantle you and lead you to walk by a new faith.  But this is still a low level relationship and is not seeking His face but rather His hand of provision.  Then, there is the next phase in our spiritual journey (“wanderings” to the carnal mind)…and that is a sanctified heart decision that your will becomes His will.  This post-Gethsemane mystery is a feature that still is open for many believers today and really is the backbone of most ministry pursuits that people endeavor to do for Abba’s glory.

However, what I have been taken into today is something even more mysterious and stupendous.  Yes, it does produce a intoxication of joy and reverence in His majestic presence…but it is so far beyond this.  The best way to describe this zone in Him is found in the three Hebrew words used in our Deut. 6:5 text above.  Loving God with all your lebab (heart), with all your nephesh (soul or life), and meod (muchness).  Let me quickly translate the literal meaning of these 3 parts of the whole man for you.  Heart in ancient Hebrew denotes the intention or will of the whole man.  This is the part that was eternally infected in the original sin in the Garden of Eden and thankfully made a new species thru the new birth (John 3:3).  The soul of man represents the closely interfacing area that His breath (Spirit) causes our bodies and mind to live and function.  He breathes into us and we become a living nephesh (soul) and this area mysteriously interfaces close to our natural physiology.  It is here that the Greek concept of the soul differs from the Hebrew in that it conjectures that the soul is the seat of the mind, will, and emotions.  I’m not going to try to split linguistic hairs here trying to dissect our “tri-une” being and compartmentalize these three words God tells us to love Him with.  Because the Hebrew concept here is not individual compartments (Greek worldview) but rather a semantically concentric being and state that is not identified by separate spheres.

Now comes the third word used in the first and foremost commandment in the Scriptures and it has to do with loving Him with all our meod (muchness).  Notice that the NT Greek struggles to express the depth of this ancient Hebrew word “meod” at this spot.  In Mark 12:30 it is rendered in some translations as “mind and strength,” in Luke 10:27 it is rendered “strength and mind,” and in Matthew 22:37 simply as “mind”.  Why this divergence in meanings?  Because God’s original intent can be lost in translation when one divorces the text out of its original context.  Just look at the context…God is One, yet He is manifested in three (Abba, Son, Spirit).  We are not talking about absolute oneness like the Jewish community in the 10th Century A.D. did in changing the Hebrew word echad (plurality of oneness) of Deut. 6:4 to yachid (absolute singular) to tragically pursue their own newly codified rabbinical system and separate themselves from the unique interfacing of the NT revelation of the Messiah Yeshua has with the OT.  What we are talking about here is that just as God is one, yet has a plurality of oneness of the Godhead, there is also this plurality of oneness in the spiritual and physical makeup of man (the key being the concentric oneness as a whole and not separating the uniqueness of the three “spheres”).  These specific Hebrew words that were Divinely God-breathed for Moses to write down were not to emphasize this specialized makeup of man to be explored, but instead was to reinforce the absolute singularity of a personal devotion to God!  Our whole man and it’s will is to be operating in sync with the unity of its bodily vitality in a completeness of service and not a interworking of disarray.  Thus the mystery of loving God with all our meod is not just with all our strength or mind (with one sphere always lagging behind as is taught in today’s destiny messages of hyper individualism), but rather the “muchness” or completeness of a singularity of a superlative degree of oneness with Him!  Glory to God!!!!

The Mystery of the Meod is beyond just a consecration or pursuit to know Him or experience Him and His wonderful miracles, but now must be understood by the configuration of this ancient Hebrew adverb meod or “muchness”.  It is not a mindset of determination or a place of kinetic physical strength worked up in a frenzy to serve and work for Him.  It is not something that can be hyped up by music and it is not a feeling of a “high” that many in the new mystical/ prophetic crowd are boldly endorsing…even to the point of using verbiage to describe modern drugs, illegal substances, and it’s paraphernalia used therein to induce this additive “high”.  This again is not the Mystery of the Meod, but a debased attempt to appeal to a contemporary audience that is carnally motivated for a “touch” because they love the ecstasy of feeling the “anointing”.  No, it is simply a oneness with Him that is so trouble-free yet so mysterious that you must simply become like a child and let Him have full control….   (Full Tilt Yield)!

May you who read this short teaching of the first Commandment find the grace of Abba to turn the key in your heart and allow Him full control…the “muchness” of loving Him.  Beware of trying to serve Him in the paralysis of analysis that views the heart completely more holy than the rest of you!  Be made whole today!  (The Hebrew word shalom is not just peace but also completeness and wholeness…the muchness of being one with Him!!!!)  Quit trying so hard and just flow with Him and what he has predestined you for!
