Shalom Friends and Fellow Warriors,

The last several days here in Israel has been a great time of refreshment and spiritual intoxication in knowing Him in ways that I have never experienced before.  In the overflow of these fresh endowments from Abba, I have put together an update on the latest war against terror and what the special CT unit (that I know personally) discovered last week in Gaza.  The photos included here in this email were taken by one of the commanders of this unit with my personal Nikon 35mm digital camera.  There will be more photos to be released in the near future, but for now ponder these intro images of these courageous friends of ours, who went into the valley of the shadow of death and came out unscathed!  They are so thankful for your prayers and support.  Good job partners of RITD!  Let’s keep up this good work!

Here is the latest Podcast update about some of the behind the scenes action we are drafting in to help this war against terror and violence.  Also on this digitized Podcast is a spontaneous teaching about the two portals into eternity found in the first 8 chapters of Proverbs.  The anointing on this teaching is really a propellant to help stay in that “sweet spot” of intimacy with our Creator!  May He richly bless you as this teaching invigorates your faith in this exciting hour!  This 8th chapter of Proverbs always gets me really close to Heaven’s presence!

Wars and rumors of wars have been dominating the headlines here in Israel and the Middle East.  While many shy away from these current events and look for a place of solace, we are excitedly praising God for putting us here for such as a time as this!  Not only are we firmly planted here in this culture, but now we are privy to the cutting edge of using the gifts of the Holy Spirit not just to comfort people, but also bring down the anointing of Justice upon the heads of those who love to shed blood as religious serial killers (see Ps. 83).  It is a time for war and we are in our element!  It is time for all Desert Shepherd Warriors on the pattern of the ancient Judges to arise (Judges 7)!
