It is a winter white-out here in Northern Israel this weekend with a large storm coating the mountain’s ridges of the Hermon with beautiful frozen precipitation!  This is another excellent addition of water for this drought stricken country while at the same time our national joy is being buffeted by the renewed rhetoric of war coming from our Northern enemies.  Therefore it is time for a tactical examination of what the strongman of the Prince of Persia (Iran) is cunningly crafting with his Islamic antichrist armies against our tiny country and inhabitants!

This is the 4^th update to the 2008 Summer Special Ops we are now conducting here in the Promised Land!  I have entitled this update Where Eagles Fly due to the unique vantage point we were given in a recent one-of-a-kind CT operation in Northern Israel.  Very few people in Israel have been allowed to go where we were taken along the Syrian border, high above the alpine and in a no-man’s land of mystery and stealth.  This is where the eyes, ears, and nose of the IDF eagles search out for the barbaric evil arrayed against our tiny nation!

The enclosed photos I have been allowed to share in this update were taken by the IDF commanding officer who was accompanying us.  We were standing literally thousands of meters above the adjoining borders of Syria and Lebanon.  As he was scanning with his “eagle eyes”, suddenly and excitedly, he noticed the sighting of illegal Syrian drug/weapons runners in the no-man’s land below.  What looked like ants to our human eye thousands of meters below us (but revealed easily by high tech equipment), was actually a secret group smuggling in drugs, weapons, and/or serial murderers into Lebanon.  As we stood outside perched like eagles on top of an IDF bunker complex, the air just filled my senses with the Spirit of Justice and the Majesty of God on how He loves to uncover the works of darkness and evil.  I stood there in tears, again amazed at how unprecedented it is how the Spirit of God keeps having us be at the right places at the right time to counter these dark stealth maneuvers of the enemy!  

I cannot say much more about these ongoing CT operations we are now continuing to conduct here Israel…but what I can say is that these special ops have led to a vast array of new spiritual weaponry that beautifully interfaces with the natural IDF army here on the ground.  It is without a doubt the darkest spiritual war that faces our generation (i.e. global jihad).  However, we have found that living a certain faith lifestyle following the book of Judges (i.e. the Desert Shepherd Warrior paradigm) has given us victory after victory in this dark battlefield!  I have been saying it for years now…we just keep continuing to see this pattern of tactical CT warfare keep yielding huge results here on the ground in Israel.  Now is not the time to sit on our laurels and write profitable testimony books to satisfy the curiosity seekers out there.  No!  Now is the time to keep moving forward like a flashflood!  It is time to take this CT battle right into the gates of the enemy!!!  Who wants to join us in this epic battle that has already been won!

Today’s communiqué is geared to encourage and manifest in you more robust faith for exploits in your sectors of responsibility.  It has been a wild weekend here in Israel and so let’s get you’all updated right away!

As I have been diligently pressing into the new thing of “Ground Zero” in my heart to be totally available for the Holy Spirit’s beckoning call, something always manifest like clockwork, yet is so alien to many believers worldwide.  And this alien thing has to do with exploits against the underworld!  If you are a believer and living in compromise then this last sentence will send out signals of fear and trepidation towards self preservation.  But if you are a believer walking the highway of holiness (Is. 35), then just the mentioning of doing exploits against the underworld causes you to salivate like Pablo’s dog!  Glory to God!  Warriors love to war…not just sit around and sing about it!

The last few weeks we have been targeting with the infrared tracking of the Spirit of Justice (according to Is. 11 and Micah 3:8-12), the secret strongmen of the underworld operating in the Land of Israel.  These would include all mafia and black market operators as well as the Jihad terror groups.  Human trafficking, drug smuggling, money laundering, prostitution, auto theft, counterfeit, illegal gambling, murder inc, weapons smuggling, etc… is just the beginning of all the illegal activities that were once prospering, but now starting to be exposed here by the alien exploits of God!  I just love walking this highway of holiness here and then when I enter a city or neighborhood in our recon ops, suddenly like a Geiger counter goes off inside of me that something sinister is in this area.  It is like I can feel and see an opening to the underworld in the Spirit realm that needs to be exposed and neutralized by the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit!  If I’m timid about this then nothing happens…but if I get militant, bold and very aggressive in a zeal for good to overcome evil, then powerful alien works break out that later appear in the local news!  This is the realm of greater works Yeshua mentioned would happen here in this land (John 14:11-18), and He is loving it!  (See Ephesians 5:11-18)

Just this week in Israel, it has been reported all over the news of multiple mafia underworld operators being exposed.  International believers who do not live here but do love the nation of Israel need to wake up and quit idolizing this place.  Wake up and realize that there is here layer upon layer of mafia like corruption that makes the Italian mob in New Jersey look like Boy Scouts!  Where did all of this corruption come from?  Some of it has compliantly come from the black market mentality of the former Soviet immigrants who now number over 1 million.  Some came from the Jewish crime families that immigrated from Arab countries.  But really most of it is a recent phenomena of the rebirth of the days of religious corruption in Jerusalem from the religious leaders just like it was in the days of Jeremiah (Jer. 7)!  The religious system here is so corrupt and deceitful that there is no shame anymore!  This is not the same Israel of 20 years ago many people (lamenting while they say it) tell me nowadays!

Two Arabs from east Jerusalem were arrested for allegedly enlisting in Hamas and gathering intelligence on potential targets for terror attacks inside Israel, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) revealed on Monday. Jerusalem Post Online Edition

When you look at the infrastructure of the underworld there is always the same mafia type families running the show thru demon inspiration in a tribal or clannish style of harmony.  Just take a look at how the main leaders of Hamas or Islamic Jihad operate in the Palestinian areas.  It is really just multiple cells or factions of strongmen who wage control economically and thru terror in their communities.  There really is no central government or head controlling all terror groups since there is so much unreported infighting and gang wars going on amongst the terror groups that it is very similar to the gangster days of Chicago in the 1920’s.  The underworld here in the Middle East (whether it be terror groups or mafia families), all operate in a way secretly that can only be ferreted out by the infrared anointing of the Justice of God.  When a Government agency, police, or any other justice bearer according to Romans 13 themselves go astray and cross the line into injustice and hypocrisy, then the only avenue left to expose the underworld is thru the Spirit filled believers that are walking on the highway of holiness!  And this is exactly what Israel needs in this late hour…more believers in this Biblical modus operandi.

For the Lord will rise up as at Mount Perazim,
He will be stirred up as in the valley of Gibeon;
To do His task, His unusual (strange) task,
And to work His work, His extraordinary (alien) work.
And now do not carry on as scoffers,
Lest your fetters be made stronger;

Mega Shalom to you!  The primary purpose of this ministry is to signal to you the new thing God is doing in the earth.  This is a very exciting and yet sober responsibility He has given to us and may we all have the courage to courageously obey in this late hour.  Time is short!

For several years now we have been syncing with the new and building move of the Spirit of Justice in these last days and thus sounding the shofar with corresponding radical signs and wonders following.  Two unique areas that we have been targeting is sounding the shofar spontaneously at Government capitals for exposure of corruption, and second, to do new counter-terrorism exploits and surgical tactical warfare against Islamic jihad.  This is a new pioneering work that has produced unprecedented fruit for the Master the last decade and a brief scan over our web site and archive pages will testify to this exciting adventure Abba has commissioned us on!

The time has now arrived for us to start to pull back the curtain for you (ever so slowly ) to view just a little of what we have been pioneering here in Israel the last 7 months and encourage your faith in these new exploits you can continue to be a part of.  Dalit and I can now say that after much hard work moving into a new foreign environment, that our family is now finally fully settled into life here in Israel.  We are uniquely a part of the fabric of life here and have been welcomed with open arms by nearly every Israeli Abba sends across our paths.  One unique area of pioneering I have been working diligently on is how to dovetail the counter-terrorism anointing He has given us to work in sync with the natural security forces here on the ground in our combat to stop the serial murders.  Obviously quite a large miracle was needed when one thinks of how critical this security area is for an outsider to be welcomed into.  But, lo and behold, before I could even get the vision fully processed, within a few days sudden doors of supernatural favor opened up for me to learn and take part in stealth security training with several special units.  The long nights and hard physical training has paid off the last seven months and not only resulted in me losing almost 20 pounds, but also witnessing great tactical victories against the serial killers! I have also gained a much greater appreciation of how difficult it is for the young men and women in these special units who are courageously grinding out these special ops on a nightly basis.  This is the without a doubt the epicenter front lines of the most intense spiritual warfare against the Western values of our Judeo-Christian heritage!  And we have found ourselves suddenly right in the middle of it all!  Glory to God!!!

A few months ago, I was invited to a ceremony at one of the key Sayeret Tzanhanim (Paratrooper Reconnaissance Unit) bases for a meeting with its commander.  One of the first things I noticed while there was the dilapidated state of their current exercise/weight room and how the special units were having to do mission specific training of certain muscle group memory without the proper equipment!  Seeing this tremendous need and hearing the Holy Spirit green light of the inner witness to do it, I took the initiative upon myself to inform the commander that the friends of Rivers in the Desert would donate the money to build out this dilapidated room into a modern exercise room for their mission specific night operations against terror!  He was astounded…as was the rest of the officers and the photos below show the current build out.

They really need this room finished soon and I’m asking for your help to give financially and complete this project.  The amount needed now is $26,190.00 and this will finish out the construction phase and allow us to move in all the new exercise equipment!  We will then be having a dedication ceremony and we are having a plaque made to hang in this room that will say in Hebrew and English,  “Blessed be The Lord my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle.” (Psalm 144).  Glory to God!  The officers love it and feel that it centrally describes their mission statement for Israel’s secure future.

The second new project is in the North along the volatile mountainous border.  Here we are doing some wonderful projects with the commander of the special Alpine unit whose main responsibility is to protect the snowy mountainous areas of Israel that border Syria and Lebanon.  The current project entails purchasing for entire unit special sweaters before the upcoming winter arrives and various small personal items to make life more bearable as they spend the nights in severe inclement weather.  The current budget that needs to be completed is $12,353.00 and I have just been informed that the factory is ready to deliver the order and now needs to be paid.  So your speedy generosity is greatly appreciated!

Dear friends and partners, the vision of coming to Israel and bringing to the forefront the anointing Abba has given to us to do special tactical operations against Islamic terror and governmental corruption is now being realized on a scale that is blowing our minds.  At this time I can only pull back the curtain ever so slightly to give you a peek into what we are doing here due to the security situation.  The glory of God is upon these tactical missions He has supernaturally opened for us to do and there are those here in the IDF who fully understand the power of the shofar and how it is needed for the very dangerous times ahead for this small nation.  Let us do our part to help and comfort them while we have this opportunity.  Dig deeply into your heart of hearts and obey that holy nudge to give hilariously into these two projects.  It is so fertile soil for your love gifts into supporting Israel and time is so short.

Tonight another supernatural victory through OPERATION IMMINENT TRUMPET was reported!

Twenty-three days ago I was invited to minister in Chicago, IL. at a wonderful and on-fire church. While preparing a message on the “Joy of the Lord” for the meeting that night…suddenly the Holy Spirit sternly warned me not to preach a happy-feel-good message…but to preach a message of a 911 warning!

Then suddenly I looked out the window of the high rise hotel I was staying in and a huge thunderstorm had just begun to roll in and to my shock the beginning of a twister cloud also appeared! This was God’s warning to me to obey Him! Something was up and it was time for war!!!

So being startled from my river enjoyment, the Holy Spirit quickened me to sound the shofar against sleeper cells of terrorism that were planning to strike Chicago…. And that night we went into drive-by shofar mode as we have done so many times before….

Now look at this Breaking News that just came out tonight (23 days later!) after being in Chicago!

CHICAGO SEARS TOWER TERROR PLOT FOILED!

“Seven people were arrested in Miami on terrorism conspiracy charges Thursday in connection with the early stages of a plot to attack Chicago’s Sears Tower and other buildings in the United States, a federal law enforcement official said.” (see line here at http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,200677,00.html )

Dear brothers and sisters, the prophetic accuracy of exposing and terrorism is getting so strong now with this ministry! I feel a fire to do this more and more!
